Ace Framing and Gallery display over 450 mouldings in the shop and hundreds more are available to order, so we will always find something to suit your framing needs.
We work with professional artists, interior designers and military and schools. We frame anything from photos to large high net worth items. Every item is framed on site and never sent away , so you can be rest assured it is in safe hands.
We can frame canvases, prints, photos, medals, awards, certificates, football/ rugby shirts, embroideries, mirrors, maps and much much more – the list is endless. All paper artwork is given a protective backing to protect it from the MDF back and all the artwork is sealed to help prevent anything getting inside. We offer a professional stitch back service on embroideries and textiles to keep them taut.
Many of our wooden mouldings are Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) certified.

Glass
We keep and offer 3 different types of glass which we cut ourselves:
- Normal float glass which is flat and has no pitting
- Diffused glass which reduces reflection and glare
- Art glass which has a low reflection and high UV protection to stop your artwork fading
Mount board
We keep 2 ranges of conservation mount board which means there is a varied selection of colours to choose from. We cut this on our state of the art Gunnar Aoix mount cutter meaning we can cut jumbo mounts. The machine allows for mounts to be cut with multiple openings and shapes with nice clean cut corners.
Canvases/Surface
We keep a range of canvases in stock and can make custom sizes in linen and cotton canvas for non-standard sizes.
